Mike Grosso

April 1959 – September 2025

It is with sadness that we must report the passing of our beloved friend and coworker Mike Grosso.  Mike passed away on September 16, 2025 while being cared for by his doctors and family. For 27 years, Mike was a cornerstone of Colorado Steel Sash, and a true friend who cared greatly for everyone that had the opportunity to get to know him.

Mike’s work ethic, dedication, and loyalty left a lasting mark on everyone who had the privilege to work alongside him. He gave his best every single day, and in doing so, he helped shape the success of this company. Mike lived his life with integrity and generosity and made a huge impact on our PNW glazing community. Many of you will remember how he was always here first thing in the morning, six days a week, ready to get you equipped to do your days’ work.

As we say goodbye, it is an honor to remember the lessons he taught us through his example: to work hard, to care deeply, and to live with humility. We are grateful for the years we shared with Mike, and we honor his memory with love and respect. Thanks Mike, for always having our back!
